デンマーク・コペンハーゲンで一番スタイリッシュなシェフと呼ばれるフレデリック・ビル・ブラーエ（Frederik Bille Brahe）が手がける、今や世界的に有名なレストラン「アトリエ・セプテンバー（Atelier September）」の料理本。本書は、作者の持つ数々のレストランのうち「アトリエ・セプテンバー」のみに焦点を当てた初めての一冊であり、そのレストランの最も象徴的と言える料理たちに特別に関わる権利を持つ人物である、オーナーのビル・ブラーエが手がけたレシピが掲載されている。朝食、ランチ、スイーツ、そしてかの有名なメニュー「アボカドマッド」を含む、「アトリエ・セプテンバー」の定番料理を、全て新鮮な旬の食材を中心に、主にベジタリアンに向けた86のレシピで紹介する。

本書には、ふわふわでフィナンシェのようなパンケーキ、季節のスープやサラダ、抹茶味のデザートなどのレシピが載る。本書の版元である「APARTAMENTO」と作者が一緒に作った最初のベストセラー書「ALL THE STUFF WE COOKED」と同じく、我々が接しやすい表現で描かれている。

あわせて作者が書き下ろした序文と、幕間のように差し込まれた詩的なテキストが、このレストランの初期やキッチンでのインスピレーション、そしてのちにコペンハーゲンで最も名の知れたレストランの一つとなった裏話を垣間見せる。編集は、デザイン、インテリア、建築、食にまつわる編集や執筆を手がけるジェニ・ポーター（Jeni Porter）が担当、写真はフォトグラファーのラスマス・ウェン・カールセン（Rasmus Weng Karlsen）が撮る。

Frederik renders recipes for fluffy, financier-like pancakes, seasonal soups and salads, and matcha-flavoured desserts with the same familiarity that shaped his first, best-selling book with Apartamento, All the Stuff We Cooked. An introduction and poetic interludes written by Frederik offer a glimpse into A.S’s early days and culinary inspirations, backstory for what would become one of the most celebrated restaurants in Copenhagen.
