スペイン発の建築雑誌「2G Magazine」第90号。本号では、デンマークを拠点に活動する建築設計事務所「Johansen Skovsted Arkitekter」を特集。ソーレン・ヨハンセン（Søren Johansen）とセバスティアン・スコブステッド（Sebastian Skovsted）の二人が同事務所を創設、設立数年のうちに「ミース・ファン・デル・ローエ賞（EU現代最優秀建築賞 / EU Mies Award）」など、多くの受賞歴を誇る。

「静かな建築（silent architecture）」で知られる同スタジオは、選ぶ素材の質素さを起点に穏やかな野鳥観察塔や川沿いの見晴台などの作品を生み出しており、主に歴史的建造物やパヴィリオン、オフィス、倉庫、美術館のインスタレーションなどを含む公共建築物の設計を専門としている。本号にフィーチャーされた作品群は、スタジオが手がけるデザインが、現代の課題に対する思慮的なレスポンスを提示すると同時に、その土地の特徴を損なわないものであることを体現する。
